Our Vision

Connect with Christ

We want to help you connect with Christ through our weekly services.

“I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15:5, NRSV).

“. . . I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly” (John 10:10, NRSV).

Connect with your calling

We want to help you connect with all that God has called you to by using your talents and gifting with serving on our Dream Team. Your ideas, talents, and gifts are valuable and essential to helping grow the kingdom.

“God has given gifts to each of you from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another” (1 Peter 4:10, NLT).

“. . . to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12, ESV).

Connect with the church

The way we help people connect with the church is groups, because we believe you are not meant to do life alone .

“And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching” (Hebrews 10:24-25, NRSV).

“The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:12, NLT).

Our Culture

Prioritize People

  • People are God’s heart, so reaching them is our mission.

  • We will do anything short of sin to reach the lost.

  • We are a hospital for the broken.

  • We are excited to be inconvenienced.

  • God never intended for us to do life alone. Life is meant to be lived in community. We are better together.

emphasize the word

  • We preach the entire Word of God.

  • The message is in pen, the method is in pencil.

  • We live according to the Word, love according to the Word, and give according to the Word.

exercise Excellence

  • We carry a culture of excellence in the following areas:

    • Weekend experiences

    • Leadership development

    • Our personal lives

“So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless” (1 Corinthians 15:58, NLT).

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters” (Colossians 3:23, NIV).

Core Values

JESUS CHANGES EVERYTHING

Whatever we have done, wherever we have been, or whoever we were in the past-today is a fresh start. With God, we believe that we can walk forward today in the newness of His grace, love, and mercy. We dream and pray for things only God can make happen

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” - 2 Corinthians 5:17

WE CAN LIVE LIFE

God has a plan and a purpose for your life that He imagined long before you were born. While everyone is alive, not everyone is truly “living.” Through spiritual growth, both personal and communal, we believe you can experience the life God intended for you- His best life- while you are here on Earth.

“A thief comes only to rob, kill, and destroy. I came so that everyone would have life, and have it to the fullest.” - John 10:10

CARRY THE LIGHT

God tells us that there are two commandments that are above all others: to love Him and our neighbors. We are committed to pursue people and introduce them to the real Jesus. Often time, God uses us in His pursuit of people. We are needed to “carry the light, into the night.”.

“And when I am lifted up from the earth, I will draw everyone to myself.” -John 12:32

the church

The Body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head, is comprised of all those who, through belief in Christ, have been spiritually changed by the personal work of the Holy Spirit. Believers are called to pursue God’s mission, both collectively and individually. For some it is a vocation (pastors, missionaries, etc.) for all it is a passion.

someday

Life, as we know it, will come to an end. Jesus will return and show Himself to be “King of Kings.” Everyone will be held accountable for the choices of their lives. A permanent, personal relationship with God, without the influence of evil and pain will be established for all who chose Christ. (Heaven)
