At Life Church, we believe that as the church gets larger, we must be intentional about making it feel smaller. Groups are one of the ways that we can make our large church feel small.

Groups provide an opportunity for us to connect with the church as we shift from being spectators (in rows) to being active participants in the church (in groups).

Leading a group is not about knowing all the Bible verses, having all the right answers, or being perfect. It is simply about serving others by providing them a place to connect. As a group leader, you have the opportunity to create a safe space for people to follow Jesus, grow together, connect and build community, and share hope in a healthy environment that is Christ-focused
